All of my images are photographs of objects floating out there in heavens. These "deep-sky objects" comprise nearby star clusters, gaseous clouds, and distant galaxies. Most of them can be observed using backyard telescopes, or even binoculars, though some are too faint to see. Digital cameras have the advantage of collecting light over long exposures and can reveal many hidden details.
Every image on givemespace.art (with the exception of some stock images in blog posts) is a photograph I took myself using my own equipment. Each image takes hours to capture, and often several days to process to my liking. Subscribe to my blog to learn more about how this is done.
Every image on givemespace.art was captured with a Canon camera and William Optics telescope, except for planetary nebulae which were shot with a ZWO camera and Orion telescope. The images are created using a techniques called stacking, in which many identical pictures are combined with software. This technique allows subtle detail to be drawn out while minimizing noise in the image.
Yes. I shoot with colour cameras and the colours you see in these images were recorded by the camera sensor. Adjustments to saturation, vibrancy, and clarity create a pleasing visual impact.
All my images were shot from either Parry Island, Port Carling, or Guelph, Ontario.

Most items take around a week to produce and package before being shipped. Transit time will vary depending on where you are. To be safe, I recommend ordering 10-15 business days before you need the item. I realize that seems like a while, but this isn't Amazon. Your patience is appreciated!
